DEPARTMENT: Family Advocacy



 



JOB SUMMARY: This position will administratively assist the departments located in the Family Advocacy building (Family Haven, beda?chelh). Occasionally assist with events, visits and groups.   Responsibilities will include greeting all clients and answering all incoming calls. Provide customer service to visitors and/or team members. Assist with monthly and quarterly reports and filing. Track and maintain mileage logs and maintain all company cars. Maintain Family Advocacy lobby and provide routine administrative duties and process check orders and purchase orders for programs located at the Family Advocacy building.



 



COMPENSATION:  $20.00 hr.



 



MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION




  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.



 



MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE




  • Two (2) years of experience with confidentiality.

  • Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.

  • Two (2) years of experience in customer service.

  • Two (2) years of experience working in an office environment.

  • One (1) year of experience working with families and children.



 



SKILLS TESTING




  • Typing- 20WPM

  • Correspondence



 



REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES




  • WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance)

  • Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.



 



TERMS OF EMPLOYMENTThis is a regular Full-time position.
