DEPARTMENT: Family Resource
JOB SUMMARY: The Family Resource Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting the department by providing a wide range of clerical duties. Perform a variety of clerical tasks supporting office, answer phones, typing, scanning, greet visitors, sort & deliver mail, collect and record data, monitor office supplies.
COMPENSATION: $21.43hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field. * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Three (3) years of experience utilizing customer relations skills.
- Three (3) years of experience dealing with confidential matters and documentation.
- Three (3) years of accounting experience to include; AP, AR, Payroll, Loan processing, or Bank Reconciliation.
- Three (3) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- Three (3) years of experience extracting data from an accounting system.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
