DEPARTMENT: General Services
JOB SUMMARY: The CSR I will work independently and be responsible for the day-to-day administrative building main phones. Assist clients, visitors and community members in need of assistance. Assist co-workers with meeting space requests. Coordinate and interact with a wide variety of organizations to include the Tribal Community, Tribal entity, management, government officials, and other Native American Tribes on a variety of issues and in a variety of circumstances.
COMPENSATION: $17.09 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Six (6) months of experience working in an office environment preferred
- Six (6) months of experience maintaining confidentiality preferred
- Six (6) months of experience managing a multiple phone line preferred
- Six (6) months of experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs preferred
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- CPR/First Aid Certificate. *Will allow ninety (90) days to obtain.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is Regular Full-Time position.
