DEPARTMENT: Health Clinic
JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, and customer relations.

COMPENSATION: $27.62hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Administrative Support, Office Management or related field
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Three (3) years of experience working in an office environment.
- Three (3) years of experience compiling, maintaining data, documents and reports.
- Three (3) years of experience working with confidential documents and information.
- Three (3) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- One (1) year of experience working in a health care setting.
- One (1) year of experience utilizing MUNIS or other accounting software preferred.
- One (1) year of experience working within grants budgets and constraints preferred.
- Experience working with diverse cultures, specifically Native Americans preferred.
- Experience working with Tribal policies and procedures preferred.
SKILLS TESTING
- Typing 35 WPM
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray
- Must abide by the departments vaccination policy
- Must complete HIPAA training upon hire.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
