DEPARTMENT: Housing
JOB SUMMARY: To perform duties associated with rental agreements for Low income Rentals and Native American Housing Assistance and Tax Credit managed by the Housing Department. Ensuring Housing policies and procedures, along with HUD and LIHTC regulations are enforced. Performs home inspections regularly on tenants’ home.
COMPENSATION: $27.62hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Business, Business Management, or related field. *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirements on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years of experience in an office environment.
- Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Two (2) years of experience utilizing communication and public relations skills.
- Two (2) years of experience creating and maintaining efficient filing/organizing systems.
- One (1) year of experience in case management preferred.
- One (1) year of experience in Trauma Informed Care preferred.
SKILLS TESTING
- Typing 30 WPM
- Math
- Correspondence
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver License.
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation (Abstract Required)
- CPR/First Aid certificate.
- Low income housing tax credit training * Will allow ninety (90) days to obtain.
- HUD Housing Counselor Certification. *Will allow six (6) months to obtain.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
