DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health & Recovery
JOB SUMMARY: This position will provide complex administrative and clerical support to the Problem Gambling department. Will compose business correspondence, greets guests, answer and return phone calls, responds to emails and answers questions about the Problem Gambling Program. Maintains an organized and efficient records management system and updated appointment calendar. Takes minutes for meetings. Assists with events and program functioning.
COMPENSATION: $21.48
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- One (1) year working with diverse cultures, specifically Native American.
- One (1) year experience working with HIPPA and confidentiality matters.
- One (1) year of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver’s License.
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)
- Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray.
- CPR/First Aide Certificate. *Will allow thirty (30) to obtain.
- HIPAA certification upon hire.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a Regular Full-time position.
