DEPARTMENT: Customer Relations



 



 



JOB SUMMARY: The CSR I will work independently and be responsible for the day-to-day administrative building main phones along with Clients/Visitors and community members in need of assistance.  Will assist Co-workers with meeting space requests. This position coordinates and interacts with a wide variety of organizations to include the Tribal Community, Tribal entity, management, government officials, and other Native American Tribes on a variety of issues and in a variety of circumstances.

 



 



COMPENSATION:  $17.09hr.



 





MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION




  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.



 



MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE




  • Six (6) months of experience working in an office environment preferred.

  • Six (6) months of experience maintaining confidentiality preferred. 

  • six (6) months of experience managing a multiple phone line preferred.

  • Six (6) months of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs preferred.



 



REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES




  • HIPPA Certification upon hire.

  • CPR/First Aide Certificate. *Will allow ninety (90) days to obtain.

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check. 



 



TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  This is a regular Part-Time position.
