DEPARTMENT: Family Resource
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the department by providing a wide range of clerical duties. Locations will require daily contact with children. Perform a variety of clerical tasks supporting office, answer phones, typing, scanning, greet visitors, sort & deliver mail. Collect and record data, monitor office supplies.
COMPENSATION: $17.09
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- One (1) year of experience in an office environment.
- One (1) year of experience working computers.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a Regular Part-time position.
