DEPARTMENT: Health Informatics
JOB SUMMARY: Health Systems Analyst creates plans for the integration of computer systems, health care equipment or instruments and peripherals in the Tulalip Health System. Focus is maximization of Tulalip Health System's investment in staff, hardware, software, and processes. Systems Analyst uses information engineering, structured analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and data modeling, among other methods to advise on procurement of hardware and software. The Systems Analyst will act as project manager on software/hardware procurement/implementation/installation for the Tulalip Health System. Will also provide direct desktop and end user support as needed.
COMPENSATION: $25.31
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Integration, Information Technology/Information Systems or related field.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years of experience in health care or a business environment.
- Two (2) years of experience working as a systems analyst.
- Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- Six (6) months of experience in project management.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver’s License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
- Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray prior to hire.
- CPR/First Aid certificate.
- HIPAA certification upon hire.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a Full-time position.
