DEPARTMENT: Construction
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the finish work completion, review and participation in final walk through for all single family homes and new Tribal Government buildings under the Construction department project list. Accountable for compiling and sharing all equipment manuals, demonstrating equipment function and operation standards for homeowners. Assists with determination of residential repairs needed based on warranty assessments.
COMPENSATION: $23.25 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Four (4) years of experience in construction with one or more building trades.
- Two (2) years of experience with residential warranty repair including inspections
- One (1) year of experience in customer relations working with tribal community.
- One (1) year of experience with computers utilizing Microsoft office programs.
- Inventory experience preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver’s License (Personal Auto Insurance)
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Abstract Required)
- Must complete an Agility exam to determine if physically capable of performing the job.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
