JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for expediting the temporary/seasonal hiring process. This position involves recruiting and conducting the pre-employment process by collecting documents, administering testing, and facilitating the onboarding process. Responsible for direct communication and scheduling of temporary hires to include the following: dispatch paperwork, urinalysis testing, physical agility tests as well as referring applicants to the Tulalip Tribes Background Investigation Agency (TTBIA). This position will serve as an advocate for the Tulalip membership by assisting applicants with resume completion, testing tips, and mock interviews. Provide clerical and administrative support as necessary for employment daily operations.
COMPENSATION: $25.31 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years’ experience with guest service/employee relations
- Two (2) years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs
- Two (2) years’ experience working in an office environment
- Two (2) years’ experience with confidential information
SKILLS TESTING
- Excel- Data Entry
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- Must obtain and maintain a THRP Certification after hire.
- HIPAA certification upon hire.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position
