DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health and Recovery
JOB SUMMARY: Performs administrative duties for BHR executive management team. Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, meeting and event arrangements, preparing reports and financial data and customer relations.
COMPENSATION: $27.62hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Administrative Support, Office Management or related field * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Three (3) years of experience working in an office environment.
- Three (3) years of experience compiling and maintaining data, documents and reports.
- Three (3) years of experience working with confidential documents and information.
- Three (3) years of experience computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
- One (1) year of experience working in an Intensive Outpatient Treatment setting or related SUD/MH treatment setting.
- One (1) year of experience working within grants budgets and constraints.
- Experience working with diverse cultures, specifically Native Americans
- Experience working with Tribal policies and procedures.
SKILLS TESTING
- Typing 35 WPM
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver’s License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
- Must complete HIPAA training upon hire.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
