DEPARTMENT: Housing & Community Development



 



JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and administering Housing & Community Development’s financial records. In charge of accurate accounting for all department accounts to include monitoring, auditing and collection on accounts for land lease, rentals and loans.



 



COMPENSATION: $30.23 hr.



 



MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION




  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related field. *Relevant Experience may substitute for degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.



 



MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE




  • Four (4) years’ experience working with accounting software.

  • Three (3) years’ work experience in customer service related fields.

  • Three (3) years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Programs

  • Two (2) years’ experience with client and information confidentiality

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  This is a regular Full-Time position.
