DEPARTMENT: Housing & Community Development
JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and administering Housing & Community Development’s financial records. In charge of accurate accounting for all department accounts to include monitoring, auditing and collection on accounts for land lease, rentals and loans.
COMPENSATION: $30.23 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Property Management or related field. *Relevant Experience may substitute for degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Four (4) years’ experience working with accounting software.
- Three (3) years’ work experience in customer service related fields.
- Three (3) years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Programs
- Two (2) years’ experience with client and information confidentiality
