JOB SUMMARY: The Healthy Homes Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a number of different types of construction projects. They will lead the project from inception to closure, hiring subcontractors, working with vendors, and tacking inventory of equipment and materials. This position will need to be knowledgeable with regulations, permits, and project management methodology.
COMPENSATION: $36.86 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or related field. * Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years of experience in project management.
- Five (5) years of experience working with building-codes.
- Five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Four (4) years of experience in creating, maintaining and managing construction project budgets and grants.
- Four (4) years of experience with construction methods and technologies, with an ability to interpret technical drawings and contract.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver’s License.
- Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation. (Abstract Required)

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a grant funded contract position with benefits.
