DEPARTMENT:  CAC (Children Advocacy Center) & LOH (Legacy of Healing)



 



 



JOB SUMMARY:  Provide overall leadership for advancing and strengthening the delivery of the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC), and Legacy of Healing (LOH) services. Identify, promote, and execute strategies, initiatives, and evidence-based practices in support of the CAC and LOH missions. At the CAC this also entails staying in compliance with the National Children’s Alliance (NCA) standards for accredited members. Contribute to the Family Advocacy management team.



 



COMPENSATION:  $DOE



 





MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION




  • Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Business or similar field.

  • Master Degree preferred.

     



 



MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE




  • Seven (7) years’ experience in social work or similar position, that includes case management.

  • Five (5) years management experience required that includes employee supervision, budget, and grant management and reporting experience.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES




  • WA State Driver’s License. (Personal Auto Insurance)

  • Financial Grants Management certification. * Will allow six (6) months to obtain.

  • CORE Advocate certification. *Will allow six (6) months to obtain.

  • Eight (8) hours of DEI Training every two years

  • Mandated Reporter training annually

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check



 



 



TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  This is a regular Full-Time position.
