Tribal Department: General Services

 

Job Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day administrative building main phones along with Clients/Visitors & community member who enter into the Admin Bldg. and request assistance.  Works closely with Co-workers request meeting space. This position coordinates and interacts with a wide variety of organizations to include the Tribal Community, Tribal entity, management, government officials, and staff, businesses, community and business organizations, and other Native American Tribes on a variety of issues and in a variety of circumstances.

 

Compensation: $16.64

 

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

 

Experience:

  • One (1) year experience working in an office environment.
  • One (1) year experience maintaining confidentiality.
  • One (1) year experience managing a multiple phone line.
  • One (1) year experience with Word Processing, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Data Entry, Excel & Outlook.

 

Skills Testing:

  • Typing 25 wpm.

 

Prerequisites:

  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain personal Auto Insurance. (Proof of Insurance and Abstract Required)
  • HIPAA Certified upon hire.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

 

Terms of Employment:  This is a regular Full-Time position.
