Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative works independently, he or she is responsible for the day-to-day administrative building’s main phones along with Clients/Visitors & community members who enter into the Admin Bldg. and request assistance.  Works closely with Co-workers requesting meeting spaces. This position coordinates and interacts with a wide variety of organizations to include the Tribal Community, Tribal entity, management, government officials, and staff, businesses, community and business organizations, and other Native American Tribes on a variety of issues and in a variety of circumstances.
 

Compensation:  $15.02

 

Education Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Will allow six (6) months to obtain.
     

Minimum Related Experience

  • Six (6) months experience maintaining confidentiality preferred.
  • Six (6) months experience working in an office environment preferred.
  • Six (6) months experience managing a multiple phone line preferred.
  • Six (6) months experience with Word Processing, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Data Entry, Excel & Outlook preferred.

 

Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

  • Employment is contingent upon successful passing of these background checks.

 

Terms of Employment:  This is a regular Full-Time position
