Job Summary: Responsible for expediting the temporary/seasonal process. This position involves recruiting and conducting the pre-employment process by collecting documents, administering testing, and facilitating the onboarding process. Responsible for direct communication and scheduling of temporary hires to include the following: dispatch paperwork, urinalysis testing, physical agility tests as well as referring applicants to the Tulalip Tribes Background Investigation Agency (TTBIA). This position will serve as an advocate for the Tulalip membership by assisting applicants with resume completion, mock interviews, and testing tips. Provide clerical and administrative support as necessary for Employment daily operations.
Compensation: $22.38 hr.
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum Related Experience:
Two (2) years guest service/ employee relations experience.
Two (2) years working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.
Two (2) years working experience with confidential information.
Two (2) year office experience, answering multi-line phones, record keeping and use of office equipment.
Typing - 30 wpm
The Tulalip Tribes requires different levels of pre-employment background screening for all positions. Employment is contingent upon successful passing of these background checks.
Terms of Employment: This is a regular full-time position.
