Department: Stan Jones Retirement Home


Job Summary:  Responsible for the personal care, safety and welfare of Retirement Home residents. Monitoring residents hourly and completing all duties on SWING DAILY check list. Documenting all activities and incidents on daily report and incident report.


Compensation: $18.30 hr.


Education Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Annual 12 hours of continuing education


Minimum Related Experience

  • One (1) year paid working experience in a nursing home, assisted living facility or private residence.


Required Licenses/Certifications/Other

  • Valid and unrestricted Washington State Driver’s License.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Current Food Handler permit
  • CNA License or Home Health Aide License with 75 hours of Core Basic Training including Orientation & Safety
  • DSHS Mental Health Specialty Certificate
  • DSHS Dementia Specialty Certificate
  • DSHS Developmental Disabilities Certificate
  • Nurse Delegation Certificate
  • Nurse Delegation Diabetes Certificate
  • T.B. Test within three days of hire
  • HIPAA training upon hire
  • The Tulalip Tribes requires different levels of pre-employment background screening for all positions. Employment is contingent upon successful passing of these background checks.


Terms of Employment: This is a Full Time position.
