Department: Grants & Self Governance



Job Summary: Perform a variety of professional-level analytical tasks to support Grants & Self-Governance programs with an emphasis on grants administration and budget analysis. Oversee grant application and administration functions. Ensure comprehensive grants administration services are provided to program/project managers.   Act as a liaison with other grant stakeholders; e.g., program/project managers, Finance team, legal counsel, funding organizations, etc.  Assist Grants & Self-Governance Manager with related departmental work and special projects.



Compensation: $26.79 hr.



Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree required. *Relevant work experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.


Minimum Related Experience:

  • Two (2) years’ experience required researching, writing, and managing grants.

  • Two (2) years’ experience with financial accounting software systems


Required Licenses/Certifications/Other

  • Two grant writing samples required.

  • Valid Washington State driver’s license, unrestricted except for vision correction.

  • The Tulalip Tribes requires different levels of pre-employment background screening for all positions. Employment is contingent upon successful passing of these background checks.



Terms of Employment: This is a Regular Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week or 2080 hours per year.
