Job Summary: Provide individual and group psychotherapy, safety plans, treatment plans and related support to adult victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Work with women and men who are leaving or still in a domestic violence situation. Assist clients with identifying the signs of domestic violence and distinguishing power and control behaviors.



Compensation: $32.42 hr. *Applicant may be offered more depending on experience.



Education Required:


  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.


Minimum Related Experience:

  • Three (3) years related experience working in the clinical practice of mental health.

  • One (1) year of experience working in the designated subspecialty; e.g., geriatrics, marriage/family, domestic violence/sexual assault, grief and loss, etc.


Required Licenses/Certifications/Other

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor, or related Washington State licensure required.

  • Valid Washington State driver’s license, unrestricted except for vision correction.

  • No alcohol or drug related conviction within three (3) years.

  • The Tulalip Tribes requires different levels of pre-employment background screening for all positions. Employment is contingent upon successful passing of these background checks.


Terms of Employment: This is a Regular Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week or 2080 hours per year.
