Job Summary:  The Tulalip Tribes is looking for a Technical Training Manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for introducing new technology to adult learners with enthusiasm while creating a positive learning experience. In this role you’ll have an opportunity to apply your technical expertise and knowledge of adult learning best practices to enable user adoption of our new enterprise systems and digital technologies. This role will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of instructional courses relating to Infor Enterprise software.

 

Compensation:  $DOE

 

Minimum Required Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.

 

Minimum Related Experience

  • Five (5) years of professional experience as a Technical Training Manager including-
    • Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful systems training programs utilizing modern training methods (train-the-trainer, eLearning, blended, virtual, etc.).
    • Experience with Infor is preferred but willing to accept experience with other SaaS ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Workday, etc.
    • Experience working with and developing standards for Training Documentation & Performance Support Tools like SAP Enable Now, Infor UAP, Oracle UPK, Captivate, Camtasia, etc. and Learning Management Systems
    • Experience in presentations, coaching, mentoring and support

 

Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

  • WA State Driver’s License & Personal Automobile Insurance
  • HIPAA certification upon hire
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check

 

Terms of Employment:  This is a regular Full-Time position.
