Job Summary: Nurse will work as part of the nursing team to provide primary care support to the medical clinic in accordance to their scope of practice. Will act as patient advocate as well as support the clinical, administrative and billing efforts of the clinic. Nurse will promote health and healthy living for the patients and their families.


Compensation:  DOE

The Signing Bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 1st installment of the bonus is paid on your FIRST paycheck.
  • 2nd installment of the bonus is paid after successful completion of your 90 day probationary period.


  • Signing bonuses are for select positions only and will be indicated on the job posting.
  • Current Employee department transfers are not eligible for signing bonus.
  • Any former Employee who has resigned or been dismissed within the past 12 months is not eligible for a signing bonus.


Minimum Required Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed practical nursing program (LPN)


Minimum Related Experience

  • Three (3) years’ working experience as a LPN
  • Two (2) years’ experience with phone triage as professional nurse 
  • Two (2) years’ experience in handling acute care or emergent care as a professional nurse (experience as a student is excluded)
  • Two (2) years’ experience in primary care clinic or equivalent ambulatory medical clinic setting
  • One (1) year work experience with electronic health record (EPIC)


Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

  • Current Washington State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray prior to hire and annually as a condition of continued employment
  • CPR/First Aid certificate. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment
  • ACLS certification. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment
  • Blood Borne Pathogens certificate. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment
  • HIPAA certification upon hire
  • Must complete required Health Services credentialing process prior to start date
  • Must abide by the Tulalip Tribes vaccination policy
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.


Terms of Employment:  This is a regular full-time position.
