Job Summary: Must implement “An Approved Best Practice Coaching” model for education staff utilizing Creative Curriculum. Will work with the ECEAP Manager to achieve Academy training and coaching goals. Will support the work of the Lushootseed department by working with classroom staff to ensure that the Birth to Three children are receiving language services.

 

Compensation:  $26.79 hr.

The Signing Bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 1st installment of the bonus is paid on your FIRST paycheck.
  • 2nd installment of the bonus is paid after successful completion of your 90 day probationary period.

Eligibility:

  • Signing bonuses are for select positions only and will be indicated on the job posting.
  • Current Employee department transfers are not eligible for signing bonus.

Any former Employee who has resigned or been dismissed within the past 12 months is not eligible for a signing bonus.

 

Minimum Required Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. 

 

Minimum Related Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience coaching and mentoring staff in an early childhood setting

 

Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

  • Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray. Must maintain annually as a condition of continued employment.

  • CPR/First Aide Certificate. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment.

  • Food Handlers Permit. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment.

  • Blood Borne Pathogens Certificate. Must maintain as a condition of continued employment.

  • Must pass an annual physical exam. Must maintain annually as a condition of continued employment.

  • Must pass an Agility exam to determine if physically capable of performing the job

  • Must abide by the Tulalip Tribes vaccination policy

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

 

Terms of Employment:  This is a regular full-time position.
