Tribal Department: Housing

 

Job Summary: The Wellness Coordinator (WC) uses trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice to help Housing program tenants achieve their goals so that they can comply with Housing department policies and regulations. Collaborates with Tribal departments and outside agencies, advocating for tenants and helping remove barriers to tenant success.

 

Compensation:  $26.79 hr.

 

Minimum Required Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology or related field. *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis
     

 

Minimum Related Experience

  • Four (4) years of case management

  • Four (4) years' experience working in Social Services field with Tribal, Public, or Federally assisted programs 

  • Prior experience with trauma-informed case management preferred 

 

Skills Testing

  • Correspondence

 

Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

  • WA State Driver’s License and must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulation (Personal Insurance & Abstract Required)

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

 

Terms of Employment:  This is a regular full-time position.
