DEPARTMENT: Tribal Services
JOB SUMMARY: Provide strategic leadership in Tribal Services division by assessing programs, refining operations and creating and updating procedures and policies. Lead and direct Tribal Services programs and services including Elder Protection, Senior Center, Social Services, Enrollment, Funeral Service, Grants and Self Governance and other relevant departments. Develop and implement short-term and long-range goals. Prepare and administer department budget(s). Contribute to the CEO Office leadership team. Promote Tulalip Tribes as a sovereign nation as well as a professional, culturally vibrant and health community.
COMPENSATION: $52.88 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business or related field. *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Eight (8) years of experience in a professional level Human Services position.
- Eight (8) years of working experience in a Senior Management leadership role.
- Five (5) years of experience working in financial management creating and maintaining budgets and grants.

- WA State Driver License (Personal Auto Insurance)
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
